# Tap Into Calm > Privacy-first EFT tapping in the browser—no account, no cloud journal, and no subscription for the core guide. Works on iPhone, Android, and desktop in modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox); add to the home screen for an app-like PWA without an App Store or Play download. Optional AI phrasing is a one-time purchase. Language: English (en-US). Marketing site: https://tapintocalm.com/. App: https://tapintocalm.app/. Created by David Zelenka. Contact: info@tapintocalm.app. ## Why Tap Into Calm - **Privacy by architecture, not a setting.** No sign-in, no company database for your journal, no in-app ads, and no analytics profile built from your sessions. Notes and history stay in this browser on this device unless you optionally export an encrypted backup yourself. - **Any phone, tablet, or computer—not one ecosystem.** Unlike many EFT apps locked to iOS or Android store downloads with accounts and subscriptions, Tap Into Calm is a web app you open once and can install to your home screen. Same guided experience on Apple, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux when you use a current browser. - **Self-help EFT with a clear boundary.** Guided rounds, 129 free scenarios, offline use after the first visit, and honest pure-EFT wording—without presenting the product as medical care. EFT (tapping) is a self-help technique for relaxation and emotional balance. Tap Into Calm is not a medical device and does not replace treatment or professional medical or psychological care. It is not diagnosis, psychotherapy, or crisis support. In a crisis, use https://findahelpline.com or a local emergency number (112 in much of Europe, 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK). What it is: a guided Emotional Freedom Techniques session in the browser. One specific issue, five steps, about one to two minutes per round. Name what is here now, rate intensity from 0–10 (SUD), say the setup phrase “Even though I have this [what is present], I deeply and completely accept myself,” tap nine points in order (karate chop, top of head, beginning of eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, chin, collarbone, under arm), then rate again. The app follows original principles of pure EFT and stays with what feels true instead of jumping to positive affirmations. Outside a standard round it also offers a short constricted-breathing exercise and the 9 Gamut procedure. Free forever: the full guided round, 129 library scenarios in eleven groups (everyday stress, social tension, work, school, sleep, body sensations, money worries, health anxiety, travel, relationships, self-confidence), voice and rhythm tools, on-device journal, basic Progress stats, themes, and local reminders. After the first online visit it works as a PWA offline, except optional AI phrasing. Paid options are one-time Gumroad keys, not a subscription. Each plan unlocks the same Enhanced Dashboard and AI workflow; they differ only in AI session pool and daily cap. A higher plan is a new key and does not replace a previously activated key. Replaying a saved session never uses an AI credit. Starter is $1.99 (50 lifetime AI sessions, up to 10 new sessions per day). Regular is $4.99 (150 lifetime, up to 20 per day). Premium is $9.99 (500 lifetime, up to 50 per day). Refunds: none once the key is activated or the first AI credit is used, whichever happens first. Privacy (default design): this marketing site has no advertising or analytics cookies. In the app, journal, notes, settings, lock passwords, and history stay in the browser (IndexedDB / localStorage)—not synced to Tap Into Calm servers. Optional journal lock uses AES-256-GCM on the device (WebAuthn or a password of at least ten characters). The only data that leaves the device is optional AI phrasing: the text the user types (situation, optional feelings, optional body cue) plus intensity 0–10, processed by Llama 3.3 70B via OpenRouter and not stored in server logs. Gumroad handles checkout; Tap Into Calm does not see card details. ## Pages - [Homepage](https://tapintocalm.com/): Privacy-first, cross-device product overview—features, how a round works, pricing, and FAQ - [About](https://tapintocalm.com/about.html): What the app is, privacy-by-default, free vs paid, and who builds it - [EFT tapping guide](https://tapintocalm.com/eft-tapping-guide.html): Five steps, nine points, setup phrase, and when this is not enough - [Open the app](https://tapintocalm.app/): Start a session in the browser on any supported device - [Method in the app](https://tapintocalm.app/eft-tapping): Pure EFT explanation inside the product - [App privacy notes](https://tapintocalm.app/eft-online): In-app privacy and on-device data details ## Optional - [Privacy policy](https://tapintocalm.com/privacy.html): Marketing site and app data handling - [Terms of use](https://tapintocalm.com/terms.html): Self-help limits, license keys, and refunds - [XML sitemap](https://tapintocalm.com/sitemap.xml): Indexable URLs for crawlers - [Contact](mailto:info@tapintocalm.app): Product questions and feedback - [Creator](https://zelenkait.cz): David Zelenka / zelenkait.cz
